There is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition and health. When we partner together, we’ll work our way through your unique health story, taking into account your goals, health history, diet, lifestyle, and environment inputs. This will allow us to gain insight and work upstream to create an individualized plan and supportive personalized tool box to help you reach your goals.

Initial Consultation

This is your time to tell me your story.
Together we will dive deep into your wellness challenges, medical history, medications/supplements, and lifestyle to lay the groundwork to identify and support root cause(s) instead of simply addressing your symptoms.

Follow-Up Sessions

During the Follow-up Session we will discuss your successes and concerns, assess your progress and determine whether we need to change the trajectory. The journey to health is constantly evolving, as is your body, thus these follow-up sessions are meant to be flexible in nature to adapt to your current needs and health goals.

Lab Interpretation

During the Lab Interpretation Session we will review your functional nutrition test results to help uncover underlying health imbalances and create a practical, holistic action plan to help you progress towards your healthiest potential.

Health is not solely about nutrition. Your sleep, movement, environment, genetic predisposition, community and mental health all play a role in your body’s ability to heal. I will provide you with recommendations and tools to synergistically aid you in achieving your health goals. 

Not all supplements are created equal when is comes to quality and integrity. Although I take a food-first approach, high quality supplements can often provide an important bridge to support you in achieving your health goals. Together we will examine your current supplement regimen and create a more effective, streamlined supplement protocol with quality in mind.​

In some cases meal plans and recipes will be provided to assist you on your journey. These resources are always personalized to your food preferences, cultural background, and lifestyle needs.
